Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 27 November 2014 at the Broadstraik, Elrick at 7.30pm.
Current committee members have confirmed their willingness to continue. New committee members would be warmly welcomed. All Members, Co-opted Volunteers for the Fair and other interested supporters are welcome to attend the AGM. Tea, coffee and sandwiches will be served.
Nominations for committee members should be sent to the Secretary by Friday 21st November.
