Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday 27th November 2017 at the Broadstraik Inn, Elrick at 7.30pm. The Agenda will be added when available.
Current committee members have confirmed their willingness to continue. New committee members would be warmly welcomed. All Members, Co-opted Volunteers for the Fair and other interested supporters are welcome to attend the AGM.
Nominations for committee members should be sent to the Secretary by Friday 17th November.
