Exhibitors are the most important part of our event as they are what attracts our thousands of visitors over the weekend. We are delighted that you are interested in being part of our 50th celebration.

Exhibitor registration for our Golden Jubilee Steam and Vintage Fair at Castle Fraser has now opened.

Once you have completed your exhibitor entry, please do ensure to book your exhibitor camping, if you plan to stay on site for the weekend.

Entries will be confirmed in writing via email periodically (around every 4 weeks) leading up to the date of the event. You should ensure you have entry application approval from a BASEC committee member before making travel arrangements.

We’d love you to use our new online entry facility but if you would prefer to download a PDF copy and post or email a copy of the form to us, please use the Download Form link available at the top of the online form. Completed forms should be sent to our secretary, click here to send an email and attach your form.

Camping is available onsite and is subject to a fee of £10 for the weekend regardless of the number of nights required.
