Exhibitors are the most important part of our event as they are what attracts our thousands of visitors over the weekend.
Exhibitor entry forms are now available for our Castle Fraser Steam and Vintage Fair.
All entries close and should be submitted no later than 30th April 2019.
Entries will be confirmed in writing via email periodically (around every 4 weeks) leading up to the date of the event. You should ensure you have entry application approval from a BASEC committee member before making travel arrangements.
We’d love you to use our new online entry facility but if you would prefer to download a PDF copy and post or email a copy of the form to us, please use the Download Form link available at the top of the online form. Completed forms should be sent to our secretary, click here to send an email and attach your form.
Camping is available onsite and is subject to a fee of £10 for the weekend regardless of the number of nights required. There will be a separate form for camping made available, along with payment instructions, prior to the event.
